Driven by its competence and expertise developed through many years of work in this field, T & T Costruzioni is able to carry out any kind of house buiding, from the traditional residential unit to the high-level dwelling houses with exclusive finishings.

T & T Costruzioni has valid know-how also in the building of last generation prefabricated houses, which are designed and built in Italy, then transported everywhere in 40-feet containers, even to the most distant world locations (this is possible both for single houses and for condominiums where several families live, made up of many flats and ideal for long-term residences such as for army employees, medicians or workers in remote places). Prefabricated houses are built following  the most advanced technology, with metal supporting framework for antiseismic purpose, curtain walls made of insulating panels, always respecting the very highest security standards and stringent customer demand. This high-level technology can also be used to build logistic support units (goods sheds, hangar, repair shops or warehouses).
